We promote a healthy balance of maintaining rehabilitating and augmenting physical function, or by relieving pain and promotion of one's health.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

We are commited to implement this policy with professionalism & commpassion.We will make every effort to assist clients in rescheduling their appointments, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.Which helps us sustain our commitment to both clients and therapist. 

Therefore to respect everyone's time, we kindly ask for a 24 hours notice for cancellations. No-show's or last-minute cancellations are subject to a 50% service fee of the amount of your booked appointment.

Repeated last- minute cancellations are subject to a 100% charge of the amount of your appointment that was booked. Its a fair compansation for our therapist!

Theses charges will NOT be covered by insurance and the receipt will say:"no- show fee".Please take a moment to contact the clinic call/text 204-362-7186 to avoid missed appointment charges.

Short notice emergency/illness/weather conditions cancellations- please call the clinic.

Case-by-case waiver: Our primary goal is to provide exceptional care for our valued clients.In cases where a last- minute cancellation is due to a genuine emergency or circumstances, we may waive the assocciated fees. Please contact our clinic to discuss your situation.We will act upon it with discretion.

*If you are feeling sick, have a fever, have vomitting or diarreha within 24 hour prior to your appointment, we request you cancel and reschedule at a later time when you feel well and can experience the beneift of your massage treatment.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to this comprehensive policy.

 

***Parents/ guardian MUST accompanie their minor child 16 and under to every appointment***

According to the provincal regulations the parent/ guardian (who is 18 or older) must  be present in the treatment room for the duration of the appointment with their minor child. The treatment will NOT take place if guardian/ parent is not present with the child. It will be subject as a missed appointment- please see cancellation policy.

 

Expectations for 1st treatment:
